I know that Darin has passed up alot of treat opportunities. At work they brought in paradise bakery cookies, and donuts and he passed them up!! Way to go babes.
Also, my mom, Janet, passed up delicious chocolate cake at a dinner group she and my dad went to.
Debbie, Darin's mom, passed up dessert at Ron's retirement luncheon.
What have you been doing this week to help you pass up treats?
I haven't raided a candy Jar for the last to weeks, however my wife played eve last night and tempted me to be with her and go get frozen yogurt. There goes my free day for the week! Can't wait for Sunday!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI passed up a delicious dessert at a mommy's night out group and I was totally tempted and I was persecuted for staying strong. Made me mad that no one was supportive. Oh well. I was proud of myself at the end of the night.
